Open positions across our team. All positions are in-person and full-time.
You will identify regional businesses that need websites, custom software, or workflow tools, introduce our services, and manage initial discovery conversations.
What you will do
- Reach out to schools, distributors, healthcare clinics, and regional businesses.
- Understand client requirements during initial calls and coordinate discovery meetings with our technical lead.
- Prepare service proposals, walk clients through estimates, and follow up through project sign-off.
- Keep clear records of inbound inquiries, calls, and meeting outcomes.
What we look for
- Clear communication skills in English and Kannada (Tulu or Hindi is a bonus).
- Prior experience selling web design, IT solutions, or business services.
- Confidence presenting practical solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfort with email follow-ups, phone calls, and calendar scheduling.

Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM. We do not work weekends or expect replies outside office hours.

Work review.

Project walkthrough.
A 30-minute chat where we look at one project you made. We talk through your code choices, what worked, and what you would do differently.
Office visit and offer.
Visit our office, meet the team, and discuss working arrangements. If there is mutual interest, we share a written offer with clear compensation.
