Terms of Service

These terms outline how An Idea Tech works with clients to design, build, and deliver websites, software, and digital systems.
1. Scope & Deliverables
Every project begins with a clear written scope and agreed deliverables. Development begins once the initial milestone is confirmed.
Any additional features or changes requested outside the agreed scope are quoted and approved in writing before extra work begins.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of agreed project fees, you own all custom source code, design files, and deliverables created specifically for your project.
Third-party libraries, standard developer tooling, and open-source packages remain subject to their respective licenses. All domain names, cloud hosting, and third-party service accounts are held directly in your company's name.
3. Invoicing & Milestone Payments
Invoices are issued against agreed project milestones and are due upon completion of each phase.
Third-party expenses (such as domain registration, cloud servers, or external APIs) are paid directly by the client or billed transparently without markup.
4. Client Collaboration
Timely delivery depends on prompt feedback, necessary content, and required access credentials. Material delays in approvals may shift delivery timelines accordingly.
5. Support & Maintenance
Active maintenance and support agreements include dedicated technical assistance with responses within 24 hours on working days (Monday – Friday, 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM IST).
6. Governing Law & Offices
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka.
