Bhagavan Shri Sathya Sai Vidya Kendra, Chokkady is a value-based residential school serving students and their families. Its website needed to present academics, campus and hostel life, admissions, and contact information so prospective parents could find and understand it. At the time, the school had little online visibility, making that information harder to discover.
The school needed a dependable way to make small content edits without relying on informal support requests. Its online application system also did not connect effectively with the school's ERP workflow, creating unnecessary work during admissions and slowing the application process for parents.
The website had to do two jobs: answer parents' questions before they applied, and give school staff a practical way to manage updates and applications.

We set up a WhatsApp group for the school's project manager, dedicated developer, and account manager. It became the contact point for time-sensitive updates.
Requests that needed tracking went through the ticketing system, so the school could see what was pending and follow up when needed.
The public site was also arranged around the questions parents ask first. It covers primary, middle, and high school programmes, campus facilities, separate hostels for boys and girls, results, admissions, and contact details.
The application form now sends each submission into the school's internal dashboard and ERP workflow. Staff can start reviewing it without the manual handoff that had slowed approvals.

Parents can see academic programmes, campus facilities, hostel life, contact details, and admissions guidance before applying. The admissions page sets out what happens next: application submission, entrance assessment, a parent interview, the admission decision, and enrolment. When admissions are open, the website directs them to the application.
The school team can request content changes through the support channel and receive applications in the system used for review.
